This Privacy Policy explains what personal data LetsGoStudios ("we", "us", "our") collects when you use letsgostudios.co.uk, why we collect it, and your rights over it. We are the "data controller" for this information under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

1. What we collect

We aim to collect as little as possible. Depending on how you use the site, this may include:

• Email address — if you sign up for deal alerts or our newsletter.
• Account details — a username and any preferences, if you create an account.
• Messages you send us — including questions you type into our Reglin AI assistant, and anything you send via contact forms or our Discord.
• Usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location (from your IP address), collected via cookies.
• Order details — if you buy our own merchandise, the information needed to fulfil your order (handled by our print partner).

2. How we use it

• To send you deal alerts and emails you have asked for.
• To respond to your questions and provide the AI assistant.
• To run, secure and improve the website.
• To fulfil any merchandise orders you place.
• To understand which content and deals are popular (analytics).

3. Our legal bases

We rely on your consent for marketing emails and non-essential cookies (you can withdraw it at any time), on legitimate interests for running and improving the site securely, and on contract where we need data to fulfil an order you've placed.

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We use trusted third-party services ("processors") to run the site, and your data may pass through them:

• MailerLite — to manage email signups and send deal alerts.
• Google (Gemini API) — messages sent to the Reglin AI assistant are processed by Google to generate replies.
• Hosting providers — our website host and the host that runs the AI service.
• Analytics — to measure site usage (only if you accept analytics cookies).
• Affiliate networks — when you click a deal link, the retailer/network may set their own cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
• Printful — to print and ship merchandise you order.

5. International transfers

Some of these providers are based outside the UK (for example in the US). Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the providers' standard contractual clauses or UK adequacy arrangements.

6. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected — for example, we keep your email on our newsletter list until you unsubscribe, after which it is removed.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and request a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email hello@letsgostudios.co.uk and we'll respond within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk.

8. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
