These terms govern your use of letsgostudios.co.uk (the "site"), operated by LetsGoStudios ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

1. What we do

LetsGoStudios is a price-comparison and deals website for games, tech and related products, alongside guides, our own merchandise, curated collectibles and a community. We help you find and compare deals — we are not the retailer for third-party products.

2. Prices, stock and accuracy

Prices, discounts, stock levels and product details on the site are gathered from third-party retailers and are provided for information only. They can change at any time and may occasionally be out of date or incorrect. Always confirm the final price and details on the retailer's own website before buying. We are not responsible for any errors in this information or for decisions made based on it.

3. Buying from third-party retailers

When you click through and buy from a third-party retailer, that purchase is a contract between you and that retailer, under their terms and conditions. Any issues with orders, payment, delivery, returns or refunds for those products are between you and the retailer. Many of these links are affiliate links — see our Affiliate Disclosure.

4. Our own merchandise

Merchandise sold directly by us (for example in Reglin's Treasure) is made and shipped on our behalf by a print-on-demand partner. Where we sell directly to you, your statutory consumer rights under UK law apply. Order, delivery and returns details are provided at checkout.

5. The Reglin AI assistant

Our AI assistant ("Reglin") is provided to help and for general information only. It can make mistakes, may be out of date, and does not give professional, financial or legal advice. Don't rely on it for important decisions, and always verify anything important — especially prices — yourself.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, scraping it at scale, or using it for anything unlawful. In our community spaces and any content you submit (such as guides or comments), you agree to be respectful and not to post unlawful, infringing or harmful material.

7. Intellectual property

The LetsGoStudios name, logo, Reglin character, site design and our original content are our property and may not be copied or reused without permission. Game titles, box art, store names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

8. Links to other sites

The site contains links to third-party websites. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, products or practices. Following external links is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its information, including inaccurate prices or third-party purchases. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be excluded under law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the current version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
